How to Earn Points

The easiest way to earn points is simply by signing up! From there, you'll have countless opportunities to earn, whether by uploading receipts from GT's Living Foods purchases or engaging with Culture Club content. Check out all the ways you can participate on the Culture Club homepage.

Each time you upload your retailer receipt with a valid GT's Living Foods product listed, you'll earn ten (10) points for every dollar spent on that purchase. Any points you earn for completing various activities are based on the number of points assigned to that specific activity.

You sure can! After making your purchase of GT's Living Foods products, snap a legible digital photo of your full purchase receipt. Then log into your Culture Club account and navigate to the Upload Receipt page. Next, simply fill in the accompanying entry fields and upload the photo of your receipt. It's that easy!

Yes! After making your purchase of GT’s Living Foods products, take a screenshot of your complete order summary (Note: This page is different from your order confirmation). Then log into your Culture Club account and navigate to the Upload Receipt link. Next, simply upload your photos and fill in the accompanying entry fields.

To ensure a successful upload, follow these important tips:

  • Only upload one receipt at a time

  • Make sure your receipt includes GT's Living Foods products

  • Keep your receipt flat, straight and in focus

  • Wrinkled, skewed, or crumpled receipts won't scan properly

  • Receipt should be an image file (.jpg, .png, etc.) and less than 5 MB

  • Make sure all of the following are visible:

    • Store name

    • Purchase date

    • Product name

    • Product price

Refer to successful receipt upload steps in the previous question for troubleshooting tips. Once successfully uploaded, receipts may take up to five (5) business days to process. Please avoid resubmitting the same receipt multiple times. If the system detects duplication, receipts will be automatically denied. If you do not see points added to your account within 5 business days, Contact Us for assistance.

All GT's Living Foods products qualify: SYNERGY Raw Kombucha, ALIVE Ancient Mushroom Elixir, Agua de Kefir, COCOYO Living Coconut Yogurt, Aura Collagen Tea, GT's Classic Kombucha, and IMMORTAL Wellness Shots.

You will see points in your account within approximately two (2) business days. Your points will be displayed on the My Account page.

Points will expire after 12 months of no account activity or logins.

Points for purchases are only available from the date that you join the Culture Club.

No, points are not transferable. You may invite them to join the Culture Club. See the Refer a Friend section on the Culture Club website.

Activities

There are a variety of activities on the site, all designed to help you learn more about the power of living foods. The Culture Club offers interactive games, articles, recipes, videos, and more! Be sure to visit the website regularly to see the latest news and content.

It depends on the activity. Visit the GT’s Culture Club site to see our featured activities and the points you can earn.

Yes, some GT’s Culture Club activities have a participation for points cap. This means that once you complete an activity and points have been earned, you CAN participate again, however, you will only receive points one time.

Rewards

Once you've accumulated enough points for the reward you want, navigate to the Redeem Points page to view all available rewards. Clicking ‘Redeem Now’ you can learn more about the item, including the point value. If it's the reward for you, click the “Add to Cart” button displayed below the reward's description.


After making your selection(s), head to the Cart page. Here you'll confirm your shipping address and review your selection(s). Once you've completed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email, so you know your reward is on its way.

Once confirmed, rewards are delivered within approximately 3 to 6 weeks.

You may redeem as many rewards for which you have points! Please note that with some rewards, there may be a cap on the number of redemptions you can make within a specific time period.

Unfortunately returns are not accepted. Please take your time when selecting and redeeming the reward that’s right for you. Once it’s yours, it’s yours!

We regularly evaluate our programs and review input from consumers to ensure the best experience for our members. Rest assured, if the program sadly goes away, we will notify our members in advance to allow time for point redemption before the end date.
